If your purchase/gift fails to meet your expectations for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 14 days** (of the original purchase date) with the receipt for a full refund or store credit. Returns must be presented with tags and in original condition. Returns without the original receipt will be allowed store credit only.

Sale/Last Chance merchandise, "Custom Sale" items, food items, bath and body items, and gift card sales are final and not eligible for return.
