in-store returns

If your purchase/gift fails to meet your expectations for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 14 days** (of the original purchase date) with the receipt for a full refund or store credit. Returns must be presented with tags and in original condition. Returns without the original receipt will be allowed store credit only.

Sale/Last Chance merchandise, food items and gift card sales are final and not eligible for return.
 
** note that exceptions will be made for holiday gift purchases.
 
flat fee shipping

We'll gladly ship your in-store or online purchases via UPS or USPS Priority Mail anywhere in the continental USA for a flat fee of $10. Please allow 3-5 days from the date of your purchase for packaging and transit time. If expedited shipping is your preference, please contact us for more information.

Certain oversized items (such as artwork, large pillows or home decor) are difficult to ship and are therefore not eligible for flat fee shipping. All items of this nature have the note "in store pickup only" at the top of the product description.
